1 General Terms

rbet operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms define the legal relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and rbet ("Platform"). By accessing rbet through our website, app, or any other channel, you automatically consent to all of these Terms.

rbet reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of any updates.

2 Age Limit & Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the rbet platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. rbet may request identity documents for age verification at the time of account registration or at any point thereafter. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure, and associated deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

• Only residents of Bangladesh are eligible to use this platform.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• rbet employees may not open accounts on this platform.

3 Account Registration

When opening an account on rbet, users must provide accurate and verifiable personal information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time. If any account details change, the user must notify rbet immediately.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone or allow others to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact rbet support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or providing your account to a third party is prohibited.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or family are not permitted.

5 KYC Verification

rbet follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security and legitimacy of its platform. Before withdrawals or large transactions, users may be required to submit a copy of their national ID or passport, proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. rbet may put withdrawals on hold until KYC verification is complete.

6 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on rbet, users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, contact the support team.

7 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to successfully withdraw funds from rbet:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The deposited amount may be withdrawn once; funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, rbet may hold the withdrawal and request further information.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

rbet offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The specific terms for this bonus are described below:

• Minimum first deposit to claim the bonus: ৳200.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus funds only, not on deposit + bonus combined).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without fulfilling the wagering requirement.

9 Bonus Abuse Policy

rbet enforces a strict policy on any misuse of the bonus system. The following behaviors may result in bonus forfeiture:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Following risk-free betting strategies for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Providing false information to obtain a bonus.
• Colluding with third parties to circumvent bonus terms.

If suspicious activity is detected, rbet may temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is complete.

10 VIP & Cashback Program

Active members of rbet's VIP program advance through tiers based on their activity. The VIP levels are:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited to the account automatically. rbet reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

11 Fair Play Policy

rbet is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games on our platform are operated through certified technology providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using any software or device is prohibited.
• Exploiting or taking advantage of any technical errors related to games is prohibited.
• In the event of a technical error or abnormal result, rbet reserves the right to void that round.
• Harming other players through communication or coordination is strictly prohibited.

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbet platform and may result in account closure:

• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using automated bots or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Infringing the platform's intellectual property or reproducing content without authorization.
• Threatening, harassing, or discriminating against other members.

13 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing sports bets on rbet:

• A placed bet cannot be cancelled unless specific conditions are met.
• If there is prior knowledge of an event's outcome, that bet will be considered void.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or website error, rbet reserves the right to void or correct the bet.
• In cases of ambiguity in the interpretation of sports betting markets, rbet's decision is final.

14 Personal Data Collection & Use

20 Account Closure & Termination

A user may request to close their account at any time through support. rbet may close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Suspicious financial activity on the account.
• Directions from a legal or regulatory authority.

Any legitimate funds remaining in the account balance before closure will be returned to the user, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

21 Changes to Terms

rbet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, rbet may send a notification to the registered email address.

22 Applicable Law

The applicable law and jurisdiction governing these terms and any matter related to the rbet platform will be determined by the authority operating the platform. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.

23 Entire Agreement
